Buckwheat Cutlets

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat cooked-1
  • Egg-2-3 eggs
  • Cheese-100 g
  • Onions-1 pcs
  • Butter-50 g
  • Salt, pepper

Directions

  1. Onion fry in butter. Cheese grate. Mix boiled buckwheat, onion, cheese. To drive in eggs, salt, pepper.
  2. From minced meat to form cutlets, roll them in flour (do it neatly, otherwise cutlets can fall apart) and fry on both sides until golden brown.
  3. They are delicious both hot and cold.
