Creamy Cake


  • 1 egg.
  • 200 g cottage cheese, 1 tbsugar.
  • Vanillin.
  • 250-300 g flour
  • 1 h l dry soda.



  • 500 ml of milk.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 t of sugar.
  • 3 tbsp of flour, vanillin
  • 150-200g of oil draining
  • nuts


  1. Rub the egg with sugar and flour, add vanillin, pour in the milk. Mix with a whisk, put on slow fire, cook until thick, constantly stirring. Fully cool.
  2. Mix the butter with a mixer, gradually adding the cooled custard mass.
  3. Mix the egg with sugar, add the cottage cheese, vanillin, soda and gradually enter the flour. The dough should turn out not quite steep, but dense.
  4. Divide into 6-8 parts. Thinly roll out, prick with a fork so as not to swell. Bake until browned on a frying pan on both sides. Shave uneven edges. Cool.
  5. Lubricate the cakes with cream, sprinkle with nuts and chocolate.
